I love working out because of how it makes me feel, and so I’ll continue to work out regardless. Though, lately I just feel like I won’t ever be able to get any muscle or definition and I’ll always be consistently skinny-fat. I love cardio like spin classes, Bodycombat and running, which probably do counteract strength training that I do…….. but I can’t help but feel I should do what makes me happy even though I’m not getting anywhere with it. :( Hm.
Get ready!! Blasting Abs next month, by the end you’ll be doing a hundred sit-ups, two hundred crunches, sixty push-ups and two minutes plank!! Definitely not recommended for the weak.
p.s. can you believe it’s June next week? This year has really flown by…
